Leeward Real Estate Investments is the best investment my husband and I have actively chosen for ourselves. Sonia is definitely there to maximize return for her investors. I would say she’s generous in that way. She will retain the necessary earnings to make capital improvements, but because the property was doing so well, she was able to increase the distribution to investors every year. She makes her luck because she’s good at what she does. Both in real estate development and other business investments, she’s had results. On the same tune, she’s a great person.
